This site is operated by Drafts.fun. In these terms, "Drafts.fun", "we", "us" and "our" mean Drafts.fun. "You" means the person using the site.

The single point of contact for anything relating to these terms, to support, or to your privacy is yo@drafts.fun.

How we handle personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By visiting the site, running the rank checker, connecting an X account, verifying a Solana wallet, or generating a Rank Card, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the site.

These terms apply to the pre-launch site you are reading them on. Separate terms may apply to the Drafts.fun game itself when it opens, and where they do, those terms will govern that product.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use it.

You are responsible for the laws that apply where you are. If use of this site, or any part of it, is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use it. Access is void where prohibited.

Today this site is a pre-launch page. It describes Drafts.fun, hosts marketing material including a film, and offers a rank checker that produces a score, a rank name, a signal breakdown, a starting-balance figure, and a shareable image card.

The scores, ranks and cards are entertainment output. They are a view of public signals at one moment in time. They are not an assessment of you, your finances, your creditworthiness, or the quality of any wallet or account.

• Not trading. You never buy, sell, hold, or custody a token through this site. Picks in the game are virtual and exist only to keep score.
• Not gambling. Outcomes are determined by skill, tracked through MMR, XP and tiers, not by chance. No purchase is necessary to enter and free entry is available.
• Not a wallet, and non-custodial. We never take custody of your funds and we never touch them. The wallet scan is read-only. We never ask you to sign a transaction and never ask you to grant an approval.
• Not a securities offering. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or financial instrument.

Running the checker is optional. You choose whether to be scored on your X account, your Solana wallet, or both. Scoring on X alone requires no wallet at all.

If you choose the wallet source, you prove the wallet is yours by signing one plain-text challenge message that is shown to you in full before you sign it. That signature is a proof of ownership. It is not a transaction, it moves nothing, and it approves nothing. You are responsible for reading a message before you sign it, and you must only verify a wallet or connect an X account that you actually control.

If you choose the X source, you sign in with X. We request read scopes only, call your profile once, and then revoke the access token immediately. We never post as you, and we never read your posts, followers, likes, or Direct Messages.

Scores are produced by automated systems, including third-party scoring providers. They may be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not promise that a score is accurate, reproducible, or that the same inputs will produce the same output later.

In-game balances, decks, and picks are play-money for entertainment only, have no real-world monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency.

The starting-balance figure the checker shows you is calculated for information only. It is not credited to any account, it is not a payout, and it is not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency. It confers no ownership, no equity, no security, and no right to profit.

Real-USDC play is not available today. Where and if offered, it will be subject to eligibility, jurisdictional, and regulatory requirements. Downside is capped at the entry amount; there is no leverage and no liquidation.

Any mainnet airdrop is planned, forward-looking, and NOT guaranteed. Its existence, timing, size, and terms may change or be cancelled at Drafts.fun's discretion. Participation is not an investment and confers no ownership, equity, security, or right to profit.

Your Rank Card and other surfaces on this site may carry forward-looking wording next to the starting-balance figure, including the phrase "CLAIMABLE SOON". Read any such wording as a statement of intent about a possible future feature, never as a promise.

Specifically, and for the avoidance of doubt: no balance is credited today, no balance is redeemable today, and nothing on this site commits us to crediting or making any balance claimable at any point. Whether balances are ever credited or claimable, when, on what terms, in what form, and to whom, is decided at Drafts.fun's sole discretion, and may change or be cancelled entirely. You must not rely on any forward-looking statement on this site when deciding what to do.

No token is currently being offered or sold. All token references are forward-looking, subject to change, and no expectation of profit should be inferred.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Any decision you make after using this site is yours alone. If you need financial, investment, legal or tax advice, get it from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.

When you use this site, you agree not to do any of the following.

• Use bots, scripts, headless browsers, or any other automation to run the checker, request cards, or interact with the site.
• Engage in sybil behaviour: creating or controlling multiple identities, wallets, or X accounts to obtain more ranks, more cards, more invites, or a larger notional balance than one person would receive.
• Verify a wallet or connect an X account that you do not control, or impersonate another person or entity.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, invite caps, access controls, or any other technical restriction on the site.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-collect content, scores, or cards from the site.
• Probe, attack, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any other user's data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the scoring logic or source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Sell, trade, rent, or transfer a rank, a card, or an invite, or present any of them as carrying monetary value.
• Use the site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to others.

A rank is a courtesy, not an entitlement. We may refuse to produce a score, withhold a card, adjust or recalculate a result, revoke a rank, invalidate an invite, or block access to the site, at any time and at our discretion. We would typically do this where we believe these terms have been breached, where automation or sybil behaviour is detected, where scoring data appears manipulated, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the site or its other users.

We may also change or retire the scoring model, the rank names, the signals it reads, or the checker itself, without notice. A score you received before a change does not entitle you to the same score afterwards.

The site and everything in it, including the Drafts.fun name, logo, copy, artwork, design, film, card templates, and software, is owned by Drafts.fun or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

You may not copy, adapt, republish, or create derivative works from the site or its content, except as these terms expressly allow or as the law permits without permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

When the checker generates a Rank Card for you, we grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to download, display, share, and post that card, including on social platforms. That is the whole point of it.

Two conditions apply to that licence.

• Share the card as generated. Do not alter the score, the rank, the balance figure, the qualifying wording, or the Drafts.fun marks on it.
• Do not present someone else's card as your own, and do not use a card to imply that Drafts.fun endorses you, is partnered with you, or has promised you anything of value.

If you post your card publicly, you agree that we may re-share that public post and the card in it on our own channels. We retain all rights in the card template, layout, artwork, and marks.

Using this site involves services we do not control, including X for sign-in, your own Solana wallet software, our hosting and content delivery providers, and the third-party providers that score wallet and account signals.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, decisions, or security. The Privacy Policy names each of them and states what it receives.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of it, including the checker, at any time and without notice. We do not promise uptime.

We may end or restrict your access at any time if we believe you have breached these terms or if it is necessary to protect the site or other users. You may stop using the site at any time. Because the state the checker keeps lives in cookies in your own browser, clearing your cookies for this site ends your session and removes those records from your side.

The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and general terms survive the end of your use of the site.

The site, the checker, every score, rank, balance figure, and card, and all content on the site, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that any score will be accurate or repeatable, or that any forward-looking statement will come to pass.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drafts.fun will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, tokens, digital assets, or data, however caused and under any theory of liability, arising out of or connected with your use of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or connected with the site will not exceed the greater of the total amount you have paid Drafts.fun for access to the site and one hundred United States dollars.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a score, a rank, a balance figure, or any forward-looking statement on this site, from the acts or omissions of a third-party service, or from loss of or unauthorised access to your own wallet, keys, or accounts.

Some places do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, these exclusions and limits apply only to the extent the law permits, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drafts.fun and the people working on it from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, your infringement of anyone's rights, or your breach of any law that applies to you.

We may update these terms as the product changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.

Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices published on the site, are the whole agreement between you and Drafts.fun about the site, and replace anything said previously about it.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the project.

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you and that cannot be varied by agreement. Where such a law conflicts with these terms, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

We encourage you to raise any dispute with us first at yo@drafts.fun so we can try to resolve it directly and quickly.
